Rafael was our technician. He did an outstanding job. He is professional and paid close attention to detail. Our carpet looks great. I am so impressed with Chris and Kevin. I received all the info I needed to make decisions to get the results I wanted. The carpet had several very nasty areas and I assumed we would need to replace the carpet when we sell our home. But the carpet looks fantastic so we've saved $$$ for new carpet.

Prompt and Professional
Prompt, professional service. Got out coffee and wine stains that have been there for a long time. The carpets feel great after the treatment, whereas other carpet cleaners left them feeling stuff and crunchy. I'm addition, they were less expensive than any I'd used before.

Amazing Job
I have used Zerorez many times and have never been disappointed, they always do an amazing job. This time was no exception. John was extremely professional and worked hard to get out all the stains in my carpet. He gave me tips for cleaning up spills in the future. Couldn’t be happier! Our technician, Dan, was amazing. He gave us a courteous call letting us know time of arrival. He was prompt and extremely efficient. We had our upstairs cleaned (3 bedrooms, long hallway & 15 stairs) and he completed the job in less than an hour. We are a busy family with kids and animals, we had a couple of stains and Dan was able to get them out. The carpets look brand new.
